Here at Al-Hikmah we aim to educate and prepare our girls to be 
successful both in the Dunya and in the Akhira.
The School aims to:
􀁣 Educate students with the teachings of Islam in accordance with the 
noble Qur’an and Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (saw)
􀁣 Ensure that the students receive a broad and balanced education
 according to the national curriculum in an Islamic environment.
􀁣 Provide a caring, safe and a well ordered environment to develop 
educational skills and practice Islam.
􀁣 Ensure that learning is both demanding and enjoyable.
􀁣 Foster in each child the understanding that every individual is a valued 
member of our community.
􀁣 Teach each student to be well mannered, honest and truthful with 
family, friends, teachers and all others.
􀁣 Nurture every student to build an Islamic character,which encourages 
good morals and manners.
􀁣 To develop their Tharbiyah by teaching them the basis of Iman (faith),
 ibaadah (worship), Akhlaaq (character), deeni ta’leem 
(knowledge) and mu’aasharah (social relations),
 so that they will grow up to be balanced, pious and upright individuals.

InshaAllah the school will be improving its IT and computing infrastructure. We have been conducting various fundraisers over the year to collect the £20,000 necessary to upgrade our IT infrastructure and out dated computers. We have collected a significant portion of the funds and still require a few donors to sponsor some of our computers. Please be aware that any donors will continue to gain Sadaqah for as long as that computer is being used and as long as the learning gained from it is being implemented (InshaAllah).
